Uses and Characteristics:

"150-550 QJ series submersible pump for wells is designed according to national standards. It is widely used for farmland irrigation, water supply and drainage in industrial and mining enterprises, and water for human and livestock in plateau and mountain areas.

It is characterized by working through direct connection of motor and water pump into the water, and simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, safe and reliable operation. The size of connection between the motor and the pump body is designed according to the national standard GB/T2816. 

Operating Conditions:

1. The power supply is 50HZ and 380V three-phase AC power supply

2. The water temperature is not higher than 20ºC.

3. The solid content in the water (by mass) is not greater than 0.01%.

4. The PH value of the water ranges from 6.5 to 8.5.

5. The chloride ion content in the water is not greater than 400 mg/L.

Selection of Submersible Pumps:

The following items should be understood to reasonably select and use submersible pumps:

1. The power supply is 50HZ and 380V three-phase AC power supply

4. The PH value of the water ranges from 6.5 to 8.5.

When selecting submersible electric pump, the flow rate, lift and outer diameter of the unit shall be determined according to the water inflow, depth and diameter of the well. The inflow of water from the well shall meet the flow requirements of the electric pump to ensure that the electric pump is completely immersed in the water during operation.

Selection of Power Supply:

To ensure smooth start-up of the electric pump, the capacity of the transformer must be greater than or equal to twice the power (absolute value) of the motor, and the distance between the transformer and the wellhead position should be shortened as far as possible to reduce the voltage drop of the line.
